Deteema Springs: Our View
Deteema Springs is a new small private camp located in the north-west of Hwange National Park near the Deteema Dam. As the name suggests Deteema overlooks a series of natural springs that provide a much needed year-round natural source of freshwater to the vast numbers of elephant and other wildlife that frequent the area. The camp is elevated on a rocky outcrop providing views from your deck directly down onto the water seeps so you can literally game watch from your patio!

The northern part of Hwange is extremely game-rich, and Deteema’s location is equally perfect if you simply want to relax and do an armchair safari!
