King's Pool Camp: Our View
King's Pool is in Northern Botswana, the Linyanti, overlooking the King's Pool ox-bow shaped lagoon on the Linyanti River. This is a prime area for game-viewing, especially for elephant and hippo.
King's Pool is a super-luxury lodge, with sumptuous public areas, enormous guest bedrooms, and private plunge pools amongst other. The eight luxurious thatch and canvas rooms each have large adjoining bathrooms, open air shower and private plunge pool.
The central area consists of a lounge area, dining room and welcoming bar. There is an open air dining area for meals beneath the stars and a small communal pool for some chill time.
Activities on at King's Pool Camp include day and night drives in open 4x4´s and guided bush walks. A special feature here is the double decker boat, which cruises along the Linyanti River. Depending on the water levels and the season, this offers spectacular game viewing.

King's Pool Camp: The Details
King's Pool Camp has several game viewing hides, including an underground hide overlooking the camp's waterhole. There are great numbers of game in this area, especially elephant. Other regular sightings include lion, leopard, sable antelope, waterbuck, buffalo and wild dog.
King's Pool Camps is booked on an all inclusive basis with accommodation, meals and drinks (no premium brands), activities and laundry services. Children from the age of 6 years are welcome here on request.
