Born out of a desire to offer guests a true Safari feel throughout their entire African Safari, Safari Club SA created this unique, bespoke, overnight lodge, only 10 minutes from O.R. Tambo International Airport. Safari Club SA is 100% privately owned and managed. Safari Club SA is one the best loved and best priced airport stays in Johannesburg, and one of our favourites.

With perfectly manicured lawns, swimming pool, and pub and braai (BBQ) area, the Safari Club SA offers a very reasonable priced overnight stay in Johannesburg, close to O.R. Tambo International Airport, in the most tranquil of settings.

Safari Club SA’s breakfast and dinner are prepared by in-house chefs who strive to produce culinary delights for their guests. The Safari Club SA restaurant menu has been carefully curated to reflect the seasons of Africa, sourcing ingredients from local suppliers who offer seasonal produce.

With an open plan setting guests are free to dine inside or out, however during the classic Johannesburg thunderstorms nothing beats relaxing inside with a home cooked meal at the fireplace. Just add red wine!

A Sun City Day Tour, Johannesburg Day Tour, Soweto Township Day Tour, The Apartheid Museum Day Tour, Gold Reef City Day Tour, and The Cradle of Humankind Day Tour are all offered by Safari Club SA for those guests who have the time to spare before they leave for their Safari.
