The Zambezi Sun: Our View

The Zambezi Sun is a 3-star family orientated hotel with a great position on the Zambian side of Victoria Falls.

The hotel is constructed with a series of eight buildings, consisting of the guest rooms, a central pavilion of restaurants and a convention centre.

All 212 rooms have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms and are decorated with an ethnic theme. Other features are satellite TV, mini safe, telephone, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. There is also convenient access to ice machines and nearby vending machines which have a variety of drinks and snacks. Some rooms either offer views onto the African bush or inwards onto the landscaped swimming pool. Rooms also have private, shaded balconies. There are also 4 suites on offer here, which offer more luxury and space. For families there are rooms with queen-size beds and sleeper couches.

At the heart of the Zambezi Sun Resort is the Falls Entertainment Centre. Also available is a Casino, cycling, swimming, The Royal Salon - International Hair and Beauty, wildlife safaris, action water adventures, river excursions, air adventures, personalized tours and special activities.

The hotel's central reception area has a family-friendly buffet restaurant, which serves breakfast and dinner. Poolside lunches at the alfresco grill are on offer in the entertainment area. Children are welcome and they also have a great kids club available at the hotel.
